About the Author
My name is Dallas Thomason. I was born and raised in Indiana, and still consider myself a Hoosier. I spent 4 years activity duty in the US Navy 1970-1974. I am a graduate of American University in Washington, DC. I have enjoyed a 40 year career as a computer consultant. These days I spend my time managing my Type 2 diabetes, swing dancing, golf and genealogy. Now and then you will find me on a motorcycle.

Being a consultant helped me resolve my Type 2 diabetes. That is, as a consultant I learned that 80% of the solution is understanding the problem. Once I understand the problem the solution is just around the corner. I now understand the basic issue about Type 2 diabetes. My pancreas is much happier as I gave it a chance to recover.

Type 2 diabetes is a serious ailment but it can be resolved by simply choosing low load foods. Included in the report is a Pancreas Friendly food chart. Nothing complicated about the chart. It is organized by food group. Simply choose the food with the lower load value.

I decided to write a report and share it with anyone who can benefit. My report described what I had to do about my daily diet, late night eating, blood testing, ravenous hunger, glycemic index, my BMI (Body Mass Index) and how I got my A1c results back to healthy.

From Page 8. "Most important, we'll give you the information and the tools you need to stay motivated to lose weight, eat right, exercise and control your blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. For in the end, you are ultimately the one in charge of your disease --- not your doctor."

Wow, that works for me. I would rather do the work, than take a pill.
